OJSC Dniprovagonmash (DVM)

OJSC Dniprovagonmash is one of the market leaders in design and manufacture of freight rail cars for main railways. In 2008, the share of DVM was 12% of the Ukrainian market and about 5% of the CIS market.

The range of products "Dniprovagonmash" has more than 150 models of freight cars, including specialized hoppers and platforms.

Production capacity is about 5 thousand rail cars a year, with 80% of production exported to neighboring countries (about 65% in Russia).

The main advantage of the Company’s products is the customization and specific conditions of operation - targeting the products the market demands and customers. This is facilitated by the experience of the team of developers, modern design and flexible manufacturing technology.

OJSC “Kryukiv Car Building Works” (KVSZ)

OJSC “Kryukiv Car Building Works"- is a leading manufacturer of transportation machinery in Ukraine, and the only company in CIS region, which produces both passenger and freight rail cars.

Among the company products are different types of freight and passenger rail cars, spare parts and components for rail, subway cars .

Each year, the plant produces about 200 passengers and 8 thousand freight rail cars. Around 20% of Company’s products is sold in Ukraine and 70% of the products is exported.

TAS Group has significant stake in KVSZ since 2004.

OJSC "Kremenchug Steel Casting Works" (KSZ)

OJSC "Kremenchug Steel Casting Works” - is a leading steel casting company in Ukraine and CIS. KSZ specializes on manufacturing of steel castings for freight rail cars and freight trucks. Production facilities comprise more than 135 000 tons of castings per year, or more than 35 thousand wagon kits per year.

KSZ produces a wide range of steel and cast iron of different configurations including customized products, which are supplied to DVM, KVSZ and other companies of rail industry in Ukraine and CIS countries.
