Since 2004 real estate projects are among the prior business directions of the TAS Group. The strategic goal of this direction is to ensure the long-term market value growth of assets by creating a diversified portfolio of projects in the most dynamic sectors of real estate.

This business area is focused not only on searching and implementing new projects in development, but also on the management of property portfolio formed with the goal to achieve high economic efficiency of Group’s investments. The total area of construction projects at different stages of development is over 750 000 sq m, and plot area - about 270 hectares.

As part of the real estate projects we cover the entire cycle of development, starting with the choice of the site for new project, development of the concept, construction and managing the property that was built. At all stages of the projects our goal is to combine our efforts with the capacity and experience of our partners, which include g leading international companies. The most important aspect of this cooperation is the implementation of international standards of project management in the development, establishing of an effective model of interaction between all participants in the construction projects and utilization of advanced building technologies.

Multi-storey housing construction of economy and business class in Kyiv and its suburbs. Real estate projects include construction of cottage complexes with necessary infrastructure in the picturesque suburbs of Kyiv, as well as the construction of the club type houses and villas in the most prestigious districts of Kyiv, Odessa and Yalta.

Construction and property management of business centers of class A and B in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk.

Includes construction and operation of the 5-star hotels in Kyiv, Ukraine by the start of the football championship Euro-2012.

Projects to develop logistic centers that will be optimally located next to main transportation links, within 30 kilometers from Kyiv/
