The project started in May 2008 with the acquisition of a small Ukrainian network of pharmacies operating o for about 10 years and the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region. During the first 7 months of 2008 the monthly revenue of the business doubled and the number of sales outlets increased to 30 in 10 Ukrainian cities. Since 2004, Investment -Financial Group TAS , jointly with Ukraine's largest corporation have a majority stakes in asphalt plant “Stolichny”. This very stable Company produces over 30 types of concrete materials and road surfaces which are utilized at construction sites of Kyiv and the Kyiv region. In the second half of 2008 Group’s two small agricultural enterprises arranged for their business leased agricultural land with the total area of 30 hectares. Currently TAS Group, together with the Swedish investment company Kinnevik, which in July 2009 became a partner of the Group in the agriculture business, is working on a project to establish in the central areas of the Ukraine a farming business specializing in the production of bread grain and feed grain.
